Terms of Use

This page sets out what can be said about using www.bethanylarsen.net. It covers the structure of the site, what happens when a link on it is followed, and what this text does not and cannot promise.

Site and Links

Every page on this site is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere in the build. Nothing can be submitted here, which also means nothing can be created, changed or removed on this site by a reader.

The site does not run any gambling service. Where a page carries an operator link, that link does not open the operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and passes the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, and every one of them points outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as sponsored and opens in a separate tab. Once that redirect happens, the reader's relationship is with the operator's site, not with this one: the operator's own page is what loads next, and anything that page states or offers is a matter between the reader and that operator.

The published list of pages is fixed at build time and contains a single address. Every page states the date it was published and last modified in its structured data, matching the date the sitemap publishes, so a reader can confirm which version of this text they are looking at. Everything a page needs to display — styling, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this domain only. If an address that does not exist is requested, the response is marked to be excluded from search indexes and sends the visitor back to the home page, so no broken or expired address can stand in as a real page.

Limits of This Page

This build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. These terms cannot point to a complaints channel, promise a response time, or name a counterparty to write to, because none of those exist in what was built. There is no registration or account system, so there is nothing here to suspend, terminate or transfer, and no visitor-generated content exists on the site at all. For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction, no age threshold and no dispute procedure: none of that was built into the site, and inventing one would be less useful to a reader than saying so plainly.
